Women's Wellness Hagerstown
Our story

Nobody told these women to slow down.

Women's Wellness Hagerstown started with a simple observation: the women who most want to stay strong are the ones the fitness industry talks to least. So we built the room we wanted to walk into.

A program of Hagerstown Sports Club & Fitness

We run classes six days a week — Pilates, aqua fitness and yoga strength — and community events throughout the year with local wellness professionals, practitioners and makers.

Everything is scaled. Every instructor offers modifications without being asked. And nobody in the room is measuring you against anyone else.

Strength, not shrinking

We train for capability — carrying groceries, getting off the floor, keeping up with grandkids.

Come alone, leave with people

Most of our members arrived on their own. Almost none of them stay that way.

Local by design

Our events feature Hagerstown-area businesses, because that's who you'll actually go back to.

Who runs it

Renee Schuckman

Renee teaches most of what's on the schedule and organises the community events. If you email or call, you're talking to her — not a booking system.

Your first class is the hard one.

After that it's just Tuesday. Pick a time that fits your week and we'll see you there.
